About Madi's Mission: Protecting Wildlife, Empowering Change

Founded by wildlife conservationists Travis and Jodi, Madi’s Mission was born from a shared passion for protecting endangered species and educating the next generation of environmental stewards. Inspired by their lemur, Madi, they have committed their lives to preserving wildlife habitats and raising awareness about the critical need for conservation.

Who We Are

Madi’s Mission is an organization focused on wildlife conservation, environmental education, and reforestation efforts in Madagascar and beyond.

At Madi’s Mission, we believe that conservation begins with knowledge. That’s why we offer interactive tours, educational programs, and outreach designed to inspire individuals—especially children—to care about the natural world. By visiting Madi’s Mission Outpost, you’ll get an up-close experience with a variety of species, from lemurs and tortoises to pythons and more.

Our Core Values
and Projects

Wildlife Conservation

We are committed to protecting endangered animals, including Madagascar’s lemurs, through sustainable practices and habitat preservation.

Reforestation

A large part of our efforts is focused on restoring Madagascar’s forests, home to many species at risk. Our reforestation projects aim to reverse deforestation and preserve the delicate ecosystems of this biodiverse island.

Educational Outreach

Led by Madi himself, our programs empower kids and adults alike to make meaningful contributions to conservation. We encourage hands-on learning and direct interaction with wildlife to foster a deep connection to nature.
